Shipping

Orders are dispatched within five to ten working days because most objects are made to order. UK delivery is free over £120, otherwise £5.50. European and international rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Unused objects can come back within 30 days. Made-to-order pieces and personalised items are excluded, unless they have a fault.

Faults

If something fails, email the workshop. We repair or replace, and we would much rather repair.

Duties

Orders outside the UK may attract import duty, which is the buyer’s responsibility.
