Anything we made can come back. Send it to the workshop with a note and we will re-stitch, re-edge or re-line it, and we will only ever ask you to cover the postage.

Looking after leather

Keep it dry, keep it out of direct sun, and wipe it with a barely damp cloth. A little wax twice a year is plenty — more than that will make it tacky.

Looking after felt

Brush it, do not wash it. Wool felt will felt further if it is agitated in water, which is usually not what you want.

Email the workshop with a photograph and your order number. We will reply with the address and an idea of the turnaround.
