A short range, on purpose

There is always pressure to add. A new colour, a smaller size, a cheaper line. We have said no to all three this year.

The arithmetic

Four people, one bench each, one hide at a time. Adding a tenth product does not add capacity — it divides it. The tenth product gets a tenth of the attention.

What we do instead

We revise. The card case has been changed six times since 2018, always in millimetres, and it is a better object for it.
